Step-by-step online payment process for trade fair hotel bookings with RoomBites Ltd

Before you pay your hotel booking via our online payment platform, please make sure that:

• Your card has enough funds
• The amount you are about to pay doesn’t exceed your daily spending limit
• You have access to all necessary static and dynamic passwords required for online payments

Please note all transactions are handled via our online payment provider Borica, a Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode Program platform for keeping your credit card information safe.

Step 1: Click on the link we sent you and you will be sent to the following page. Tick the checkbox to Agree to the Terms & Conditions and click Pay on-line button.

Step 2: You will be transferred our secured online payment system provider (Borica) to enter your credit card details; please select English in the upper right corner; you will see the order number and the amount in Euro. Please enter your card number and click the green Continue button

Step 3: Authorizing your card; this may take a few moments; please do not close this window. It takes several seconds.

Step 4: Additional card verification – we make sure your card is safe with us; you will be asked for additional security password sent via app, SMS or other way to the credit card holder’s device. You must enter the security password and click Confirm button.

Step 5: You will receive immediate confirmation and Payment receipt showing your transaction has been successfully completed.
