Appia La Fayette Hotel provided us a convenient abode during the Paris during the Air Show.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and forthcoming - a perfect combination to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, with very comfortable beds and cleverly decorated to reflect the fact that we were situated in the vicinity of 2 main railway stations Paris Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord. The environment around the 2 railway stations leaves room for improvement but all over the world railway stations attract similar surroundings.

Thanks for your follow-up! Due to some personal reasons I was not in the office the last week, that’s why I am answering so late.
We were very content with the Maritim hotel as such. People at reception and reservation were also very helpful with all the issues that we had.
We could not resolve everything without moving people around a bit but it worked out ok in the end.

The overall experience was very good. The Haffen area we already new and it's a great place to be while staying in Düsseldorf. The hotel was not the most modern, but still pretty comfortable and with a good breakfast and wifi connection.
Staff was also polite and helpful.
Regarding RoomBites, the service was excellent and very prompt. Will definitely use it again.

Leonardo Hotel was a very, very positive experience. Small but extremely well designed rooms, good location with excellent dining opportunities. The breakfast was sumptuous to say the least – a bit expensive though. Front desk staff very helpful. I will certainly book this hotel next time I’m going to Berlin.
As for your services I must admit that I cannot find anything to criticize – on the contrary, it is such a rare and wonderful experience to deal with professional people with a real urge to give a super service.
I am so sorry that I have no suggestion for improvement – just keep at it as it is!

The Courtyard hotel is very comfortable and the staff very efficient and kind.
The bad thing for me is the price of the breakfast which I think is too high.
As to the service of Roombites I think it's very good: fast and efficient.
