Mary Marinoff’s assistance was really great! Flawless and very proactive: she did truly an amazing job despite all the reservation changes we had.. Very nice person to work with also!
In respect to the hotel though we were very disappointed.. : the furniture was very old, some rooms smelled bleach so much that our team members in these rooms could not sleep or woke up with a migraine and in my room the heating was not working..
For the next Aquanale Show we will definitely contact you again for the choice of the hotel, but we will not go to the Lorien Hotel anymore..

The hotel in Frankfurt was not so good. Rooms are very small and old. The worst is the carpet. Never seen such a dirty carpet in a hotel . Location and breakfast were much better.

Ich bin bezüglich der Zusammenarbeit mit Frau Halil voll des Lobes. Sie hat sich, trotz mehrfacher Änderungen, Verzögerungen u.ä. sehr umsichtig um unsere Belange gekümmert.
Ich war in jeder Hinsicht mit ihrem Service zufrieden.
Das Hotel, welches wir im November bezogen hatten, war sehr gut. Die Aussicht war super, es war sauber und sehr üppig geschnitten und ausgestattet.
Die beiden Gäste waren mit dem Frühstück und dem Service sehr zufrieden. Lediglich die Entfernung zum Veranstaltungsort, hat doch mehr Zeit in Anspruch genommen als erwartet.
Ich würde mich freuen, im kommenden Jahr wieder mit Frau Halil zusammen zu arbeiten.

Hotel Service: what we got for the price is way under standard, even during trade show. But this is mainly the problem of the hotel and we expected that in a way ;)
Hotel did not have the reservation from RoomBites, but after like 10 minutes of discussion, everything was OK for us and the Hotel took care of getting
everthing from room bites - over all, I am still happy we worked together with you guys.
We can assure you that our experience was absolutely positive.

I would inform you that I’ve been really satisfied from the Support of Mrs. Sezer Halil and I will surely contact again for next exhibition’s accomodations.
The hotel booked was good, clean and near to the train station.
The only thing that I have to underline was the bathroom of the hotel that was really tiny to do have a shower as well using the toilet.
