Brussels Expo is located in the northern part of Brussels and traces its history back to 1935 when it hosts the Brussels Word Fair. The buildings were further developed and expanded over the years to reach the impressive 115,000 sq meters nowadays. The venue has 12 Halls of difference sizes and 2 auditoriums. In 2013 Hall 12 was renovated and redesigned to serve as a modern concert hall (up to 15,000 seats) which puts Brussels Expo on the Entrainment Sector map and enriches its purposes. All halls are interconnected and Hall 5 situated in the middle of the structure remains the largest one – a little over 13,000 sq meters. The fairground is well connected to the central area of the city and hosts numerous international events providing all related catering and technical services.
Brussels is among the popular business traveler destinations with the EU administration bodies situated there and the various events held at Brussels Expo. Hence finding a hotel with guaranteed quality and adequate rate is not always easy.
