How to get there

By Car:
Fortezza da Basso is centrally located in Florence, making it easily accessible by car. If you are driving, the venue is near major highways, including the A1 and A11 motorways. From the highway, follow signs for “Firenze Centro” and then for Fortezza da Basso. There are several nearby parking facilities, including the "Parcheggio Fortezza Fiera" and "Parcheggio Stazione Santa Maria Novella."

By Public Transport:
Fortezza da Basso is just a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella (SMN) train station, the city's main rail hub, which connects to both regional and international train routes. Several city buses, including lines 12, 17, and 23, have stops near the exhibition center. Florence's tram service also provides quick access, with T1 and T2 tram lines connecting to Santa Maria Novella.

By Plane:
Florence’s Amerigo Vespucci Airport (FLR) is about 6 kilometers away from Fortezza da Basso. From the airport, you can reach the venue via taxi in around 15 minutes, or you can take the T2 tram, which goes directly to the Santa Maria Novella station. From there, it is a short walk to Fortezza da Basso.
